  • No formal education pathway is currently available for these specialised categories.
  • A Principal Property Practitioner is not currently required.
  • Staff who interact with the public or handle trust account funds must hold valid FFCs.
  • All directors require FFCs, excluding non-executive directors who are required to apply for exemption.
